Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the free tram into the city and opposite the beautiful Parklands, but the rooms were only adequate and poorly maintained. The service, however, was excellent with accommodating staff, even during our early morning check out. The dining, while included, was overpriced, and the facilities were just satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view. The service was exceptional, with only two staff members handling our early morning check out and ready to assist with any request. The hotel's location was perfect, near the free tram line into the city and within walking distance to many shops and cafes. The dining experience was included and delightful. However, the only downside was the slightly high prices for additional services.
The hotel offers a nice and quiet stay with a good view from the rooms. The location is convenient as it is opposite the Parklands and close to shops and cafes. The service provided by the two available staff members was always helpful. Dining options were a bit pricey, but the hotel included some meals in the rate.
